Return & Refund Policy – Mr. Giggles Inc

At Mr. Giggles Inc, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Because we work with global fulfillment partners, our return and refund policy is structured as follows:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. You will not be required to return the item.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Orders
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be in processing.
